Putting My Experience
I am Kenneth Kincaid and a Democratic candidate for State Representative in the 63rd District.
My wife, Tracy and I have been residents of District 63 for the last 22 years. We have four sons and two daughters.
Prior to moving to Fayette County, I was a resident of South Fulton for 20 years.
I am a Veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam War era and a MARTA retiree where I served as
Manager of Materials and Interim Manager of Contracts and Procurement.
I was a Certified Police Officer (TN) and a 30 year small business owner. I currently serve as a Board Member for the UEA Medical Association.
My motivation to become a State Representative comes from my passion for the well-being of others and the values we share.
My background in management and as a business owner provides me with the unique experience which I believe aligns well with finding solutions for the issues we face in our district today.
District 63 is home to wonderful people who want to provide better lives for themselves and their families. As your next State Representative, I promise to be accountable, transparent, a citizen legislator; not a career politician, provide public service; not self-service and be committed to communities. I will promote economic growth and support a fiscally sound budget, advocate for criminal justice reform and work to ensure safety within the District.
As your Representative, my commitment to you is to listen to your concerns and respond. At the Capitol, I promise to work with lawmakers to achieve our goals and make our district proud.
I would like the opportunity to represent the residents of District 63 and make a difference by making your voice heard. I respectfully ask for your vote on June 9, 2020.
